    Agree with u 100% :) he should send a reconsideration letter and see what will happen. If the cas is reopened so continue in the process and if not so appeal in the federal court.

    Thanks for your congratulating :) About being rejected at this stage it will be only if something wrong with your medical reports. About the time you are waiting from my experience with Cairo visa office I think it is normal
