Dear, please share your e-cas timeline as it appears now, and you can send case specific inquiry to your visa office without delay, and also follow this thread:

(please check previous related post)

you will find people with similar cases where their application was rejected due to job description not corresponding with the NOC.

Thank you for the valuable information!
ECAS is now inaccessible. At the time the Rejection Letter was being sent, ECAS was showing "RBVO...and...a letter is sent..." i have never seen in process in my ECAS!

I have sent the reconsideration letter and probably they will answer by end of this month.
Hopefully the visa officers will be fair in their review.

Any one who is working at same location and got promotion can provide single certificate mentioning different time frame not two different cert. Employer can write that XXXX has worked as XXX from XXX to XXX & as XXXX for XXXX following are the duties so Visaofficer can read all things I have also faced such problem in past but was luckey that I had a chance to reapply due to FSW was in running condition. Hope you can get visa. Now all Visa officers appereantly looking ourfiles and trying to find atleast 1 mistake to return our files...

Thank you for the wishes, I recommend this in general, but in my case, and simply, there was enough job duties for each position that my employer cannot fit both positions in one A4 page, that's why the employer has released 2 letters of experience (2 pages).
Yet, it is not a mistake from our sides, you can read the posts through the latest link of @destination canada, you can see some unfair cases, especially the civil engineer case with around 10 years experience and who has provided 5 experience letters, 4 of which "do not macth" NOC duties and one that "is exacly matching" NOC!

By this way they will always "find" 1 "mistake"...

But let's be positive, and rely on the officers attentive sense and fair decision

Best wishes

yes you are absolutely right, not all the VO have started issuing MR at this moment, FOR EXAMPLE, my visa office is london, and i just received a "wait letter" stating that i am eligible and processing has started BUT BUT BUT i have to wait 6-12 months and i CAN NOT contact them before 12 months, so here is an example, NOT all visa office started MR yet, unlucky like me have to wait another 12 months for MR request(hopeful). BUT, its better then Rejection :) i will wait rather no hope at all.

You're almost there :D

Did they ask for additional documents from you?

Dear All, Pls provide your valuable input on my case.

I am a prejune applicant. My timelines are as follows: -
NOC: 1111
Initial App: - 15 June 2010
1st AOR: - somewhere in Oct 2010
full docs sent: - 25 Jan 2011
2nd AOR: - 8 feb 2011
IP: - 3rd May 2012
VO: - New Delhi

The day my status changed from RBVO to IP, NDVO emailed my consultant that they require updated PCCs for myself and spouse though i have already provided that at the time of submission of documents. They also asked for UK PCC (which i didnt provide earlier bcz my period of stay was 5 months 15 days and not 6 months). As i have observed people who are getting MR are also getting request to submit PCC along. But why NDVO asked PCC from mee even before MR..i didnt understand....
I have also appplied for CAIPS yesterday....
Guys...pls through some light on this case....

Many thanks,
Anubhav

Hello,

Submit the documents whatever they are asking for, you do not have any choice to avoid... It is possible/happening they can ask PCC before medical.
