Did they specifically ask for passsport too? If yes, then that should be PPR. The Appendix A form is attached to your email and should be filled out and normally asked during passport request. In fact, it says at the bottom that you can put the address where your passport can be returned.

Soonihope, Subject of the email is Citizenship and Immigration Canada followed by the File number. You're right, it will be sent to the email on IMM 0008 we submitted last year.

Hi, Unfortunately, you cannot sponsor your siblings, unless you are alone here and no single relative. That will be a special case. Your brother or sister must apply based on their own qualifications. You cannot sponsor them, only parents and grandparents and their dependents can be sponsored.
