Oh, I've ordered the report several times, both physical file and notes from the electronic file, as well as contacted the call centre, MP, the local office and the minister himself, to no avail - just received those generic boilerplate answers... Looks like I need to hire the lawyer and file...

The reality is that you never know, I'm at 37 months point already and haven't even got the test date yet, so there's absolutely no way to predict how slow CIC will process your application.

I've applied 33 months ago in 2011 and no test so far... Been told not to call them again until 36 months passes.
