which is your NOC? Cap filled is always the case and easy answer from cic. Most agents in cic said they don't have such information. Please let us see the letter when you receive it.

if your app for 23rd was returned, it can never be for cap being filled up. Tell the house the reason for your reject and stop spreading lies. Your NOC 2172 cap can never be full as of your app date. Many of you got other news to tell but end up telling what is not true. I saw a 29th Dec app...

What's your application date, as in when dud it get to CIO?

I spoke with David Cohen office today and they told me they do not have any info on cap being full, neither is there any return of my app and no returned application yet on my NOC 0112 which is a good news. Friends let's keep hoping and praying.
