My wife and I feel the same. Completely heart broken. Our application arrived on the 30th (would have been the 29th if not for UPS screwing up). Our NOC was cold too , 4214, so we never imagined this would happen.

We have spent the last 8 months thinking about nothing else but our application and our new life in Canada. Every day checking our ECA status with ICAS ( for 18 weeks!!) , then once our application was delivered we have made plans and talked about nothing else. The last few weeks I was monitoring the forums and charging dates, so I have been checking our credit card and calling them every day to make sure no transactions have been declined.

Then today came...and everything we have felt and been through has come to a head...an end.

There are no words to describe how we feel. We have a plan B, and it doesn't involve Canada, it actually involves us staying in the UK. We can only assume everything happens for a reason. Right now this isn't much comfort, but please think of this before you get too disheartened.

Good luck to you for the future....

Bro, I completely understand where you are coming from. Trust me, God has much better plans for you, indeed he is the better planner. Have faith and keep going......

Aziz.

Spreading more positive vibes and wishing all those awaiting the CC to be charged..
All those whose CC has been charged it will take anywhere between 23 to 28 days from CC charged date to get the PER... All of you will get it for sure!!!!

Regards

That is a file number. That means you have been charged. Try logging in to your ECAS.

Hey, who told you that the files are transferring to Warsaw office ? I mean how are we suppose to know it...I don't think that any dec applicant has received the AOR...

Based on the files of Sept/Oct/Nov filers, the applicants have got AOR from Warsaw office (originally they should have been New Delhi Visa Office).

Some have also recieved from Colombo (SL Visa office).

I believe that is for load balancing for NDVO

So, how we will get to know that our file has been transferred to which VO?

The pattern says that aor is suppose to come within next 20 days from per, and then Mr request in next 15 days... Rest let's see...

NOC capped will not be known to anyone, as this information is not shared by CIC. (unless its crystal clear on the spreadsheet)
IF you are awaiting cc to be charged, people whose app reached on dec 29 are still being charged, so have patience..
You will receive good news soon!

Lets see... we received our PER much earlier than the 90 days which was the usual trend

If i may ask (although i asked this question more than.once, but would like to hear different insights)..

If someone is given a file number (the one starting with an alphabet) does this mean that they are already counted in the cap?

If you get the file number in PER , starting with an alphabet then it means that you are in cap
