Hi hemanth, Under what category you want to apply for PR... you can go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index-int.asp and decide on this first. If you are looking to apply for PR under CEC, then first and for most requirement is 1 year job experience in Canada. Hope this will help you. Thanks

I did not use any representative either. You need to do any thing except don’t fill the particular form. Rest all you need to do as it is mentioned on CIC website. Hope this clarifies your doubt.
