I would think so. I also think they'll move through the remaining weeks quicker now as there seem to be fewer applicants in June and July than in May (assuming the forum figures are representative trend).

2147 hasn't moved on update but people are reporting CC charged. Maybe there is weight to the theory that the cap updates include recieved applications waiting to be charged. I hope so. If that is the case then those not contacted already may still get charged. Fingers crossed for everyone.

The eligibility criteria is tougher this year especially with the ECA requirements. People that were ready to submit in April suddenly had more documents to gather/wait for etc.

when did you send in the application? You could try sending a new payment form and hope they can match it up with your application. Is it for a popular NOC?

Yes it was. I'm just about to submit a claim for a refund of the £49.99 fee. I've complained to their head office as they advertised and sold it as a 2 day service. Post Office are blaming Parcelforce, Parcelforce and blaming Post Office and Fedex. Great service.

My application has finally been delivered. Row 385 - Delivered today at 05.35 (outside business hours???) to D Marjetti. Please update. Can't believe it took nearly a week from London to Nova Scotia.

As already suggested to you, try e mailing or calling the visa office and ask them. No one else will be able to answer on their behalf. Good luck, hope you get the answers you're looking for.
