I don't know if this will help you being patient, but my process started on Sep/2010 and I received my passport back two weeks ago, my immigration process took 14 months.....so be patient.

Zeng, No; average means that there are people with bigger and smaller salaries; it is just that, an average; but if you are too far from it, either at the top or the bottom of the graphic, it might be a reason for someone to believe that maybe something is not right.... Cheers
