Thank you for your positive thoughts guys... We believe the same like you that if they ask to redo my medical everything elese it should be fine. I did my previous medical upfront with the application (so it just expired last month), I guess since my timeline is almost over they need to redo...

Thank you for your for you nice thought, we believe the same like you that if there would be an interview or a refusal they would not ask us to redo the medical. That would be so bad if they put us to redo it and afterwards denie us. We hope the PR is next. :)

I did not appeal yet since they did not made a decision about my application (although I am worried they would denied us since we have 28 yrs gap). Yes I understand that most of you had a valid medical and they still called for interview and refused, but probably they did not put u to redo...

thank you for your answers...yeah it is a good sign as you said :)...too bad the notes are old so I do not know if I need an interview or not ....on ECAS or my CIC account they say nothing about interview , the eligibility is just in progress but at interview needed is empty :)
