i got excatly same response today. Cec/aor 15th feb/med passed 15th feb/ next step is to check background as of 15th march... no movement since then

I am cic inland and AOR is 15th feb, medicals passed on 15th march, right after medical passed BG shows " next step is to check background..........." I have no idea whats happening, is it normal? or usually it takes too long to process ? thanks
