I do follow many application process and every other visa office is definitely much more faster than Ankara. Honestly, I've missed my wife. We haven't seen each other for 10 months and our anniversary is coming up. Okay.. the process takes 12 months generally but come on!

Local District Office (Kaymakamlık, Nufus Mudurlugu). I think you can claim it from there.

Any May 21 applicant? If there is, what is the status? My file has been transferred to local VO (Ankara) at July 29 and started process at August 6. No uptade since then.

Probably. Also as you know in Turkey, there are so many public holidays. I hope they get to work as soon as possible :)

I have a question about the file transfer. After the file has been transferred to local VO or Mississauga, have you got any e-mail or another notification kinda "We started processing your application" ? And if you have received, is that AOR2?

BTW, I think there are no VO beside Ankara in the Middle East, and I think that is why the process is going slower than other countries. I guess Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and a few other countries are connected to Ankara. This means a lot of files for Ankara.

Congratulations! :) My file has been transferred to Ankara VO and that's why the process is very very very slow. Some people waits for 4 months to hear something from VO. 4 months silence is not cool.

I think the Mississauga Visa Office is processing faster than local visa offices, am I right?
