The page loads fine but the drop down list does not. Not on my computer or my phone.

CIC timeline says 5 months. Is this true for all countries? We are in the US. Just trying to get a better idea as the CIC timelines aren't always accurate depending on where you are applying from. Thank you! Julie Schneider

He doesn't have a "Canadian Certificate"....at least not like what we are applying for. He was born in Canada and has his birth certificate. Will the registration number on his birth certificate suffice for this?

What is the general consensus: file prints with the FBI and then file your immigration papers [we are doing outland spousal] with an explanation about wait times and hope for the best OR file prints and wait the 4-5 months to receive the full check back?
