no after doing the medicals by few days I called the hospital and they confirmed they uploaded the results to the website , 3 days after that i got the passport request.

in my case I got passport request 3 days after the meds were uploaded

hope so, in case they use the regular postal mail I don't think our passports will back back at all :), CIO sent me a mail in August 2014 and i didn't receive it till now...
