I just got a call from MP office. Now a different story. she was telling me ND sent a mail to us on 31st of march asking for additional documents and we never sent. We didn't get any mails from ND after the passport request. I sent two CSE and they never replied. I don't know whats going on now..

Thanks for the quick reply. I figured out that was the case. E-cas status is " Application Received " We didn't get any request for additional documents and my wife never travelled outside of india. but i did travel often. ( I am sponsoring my wife..so i hope that dosent cause the delay)

Thank you :) . She did her medicals on October last year. I am sure it should be good for one more year..right? I sent the details to my MP and they promised a response back within a week. Lets see what they have to say.ND is holding her passport for 4 Months now.
