Have you tried MP? I think MP can help you a lot. Go to MP and explain them what is going on with your application. They can call Ottawa and ask about the delay reason.

Do both and put a signature request on your mail to have a proof that they have received it. Keep the receipt of your mail too. These people are unreliable :)

Yes, they did a mistake in my IELTS score calculation. They accepted my updated letter and the one in google doc is my updated letter which I had added the lead statement.
