Thanks! I checked with one of my friends and the last entry date and the original entry date for him is the same on his COPR as well. I appreciate if anyone in the forum who has landed recently can confirm this.

I received my Visa and COPR yesterday. The problem with my COPR is that the original entry date on my COPR is the same as the last entry date and both are January 2012. The last entry date is correct while my fist entry to Canada has been September 2009. Is this an error?

Congrats! Yes, in the ready for visa letter it is mentioned that a copy of the request letter along with the passport and photos should be mailed to them.
