@ ssaansari, sanjeevindia is correct, CHC ISB doesn't accept anything as proof except "Liquid cash" e.g. bank account.

I am surprised what CHC isb is doing now a days. I think all this is being happended due to pressure of work and targetted deadlines set by ministerial insructions.
