They may not scan your tracking number at all, at least for my case. Once you see "decision made" in your status, return mail will normally be dispatched within 2 to 5 days, so be prepared for mail delivery.

I am in the same boat. It has been 5 weeks, which is way longer than the 15 bussiness days (3 weeks) they instructed. But today my ecase status changed to Decision Made. Check yours and see if there are any changes.

I suggest from this time on we should keep an eye on our return mails. From what I read around, they may send the return mail out any time and up to 1 weeks after the visa is issued. So if our visa is issued today, the return mail should be on the way in the next few days. Good luck to both.
