About a week after the "Decision Made" status. At least mine did.

Mine was processed directly at CPP-Ottawa, but came within a week of receiving DM status in ECAS.

It's very good news. If they haven't contacted you about missing info, then you're almost done. So happy for you! Check the status again sometime next week. Odds are it will change to DM and then another week expect your CoPR.

It was a standard letter via Canada Post. Comes in a brown envelope with the words "Citizenship and Immigration Canada".

Usually yes. My case was like that. Once I received the request for RPRF, my status changed to "In Process" and after they received it, it changed to "Decision Made". When they are requesting you pay the RPRF, it's a very good sign you'll have your CoPR very soon. Securitron

Yes. You will "land/flagpole" when you arrive into Canada Customs (CBSA) at the airport. They will pull you into a room where they will process your PR paperwork. Of course, you need to be returning from some international city.
