Hi folks, I paid the Right of Permanent Residence Fee and got a pdf file as a receipt. I see the bottom of page is not completed. Should I print out and fill it and then scan and send it? Or just send the empty one to CPPO? Thanks

I got the email on August 13th. My timeline is I applied before June 26th. It has been so long ))) I do not remember the details )))
