HARDIKB, that is incorrect! Based on the current Ministerial Instructions (MI) in issue, FSWP 2014 will continue until 30 April 2015. This is the case until another MI is issued changing that, and none has done so to this date. Even the Minister of Immigration confirmed this via a Twitter Q&A...

I would encourage you to still apply. Since they are currently charging in mid September, more than likely they have done completeness check up to the end of September and maybe even into October. That therefore means that the current cap figure of 450 includes apps that aren't too far away. So...
