application processing time says 12 months. is it from the date of AOR or from any other date??

hi razerblade, when we send the application i put the application set in a cover and did not put any address or whatsoever on top of it. but its inside the courier package. does this ring any bell for not receiving AOR?? Please help.

When you resend do we need to attach the updated physical presence or just the same set of application as sent earlier.

Thanks much for the reply. yes.. i have gone through the options and i see that he has to qualify himself but since he is not having any Canadian experience and based on his qualifications and work experience he is not able to reach close enough to the express entry points that is being drawn...
