typhoid is not a communicable disease....it will not effect ur MR.....but it is better u take treatment for it...bring ur fever normal..then go for MR Because during ur typhoid period and medicatoin there is a possibility that other urine test may have effect of it. do worry about typhoid once...

As for parents they can only be sponsored once u assure the Canadian VO that you have sufficient job/money/funds and housing facility available for ur parents here in Canada. Usually it take considerable amount of time to get all these formalities. Hope it ll assist u making ur mind to call parents
