Some one told me that 4011 is for those who work in university while I work in a college affiliated to university not in university itself. So am confused. Almost both have same duties. So please help me out.

Ielts are twice a month. Mostly similar to draw. And one and half results were out. That also I am sure. Then about Indian graduates won't be much problem. Coz other than Canadian graduate, they can't get higher score to affect draw cutoff too much.

There are two reasons for 1200 more in a week. 1) two ielts results were out. One regular on 7 July and second result was due to lot of results of one particular date was withheld due to scrutiny, which were released( lot of them got clb9) 2) due to Canadian graduate in June batch.

Hello legalfalcon, I am working as an assistant professor in engineering college, teaching graduate students which is affiliated to university. But I am confused about my noc. Whether it should be noc 4011 or noc 4021???

They even send air tickets sometimes along with PR CARD.:D

That's what I am saying. 1 ita doesn't mean 1 pr. It's more than 1 pr or more than 1 immigrant. So even if 20-30% gets declined, still immigrants are more to compensate

Yes. Their target is almost completed. They will only figure out rejected ita and will do draw accordingly.
