Thanks spyfy for the great summary. Question about 2nd scenario you mentioned (quote below), what happens if HoC votes to oppose the bill now (because of the amendment)? Will it go back to Senate to redo the amendment, or will it simply go through to the next step without the amendment?

When I logged in today, the eCAS shows less info than before.. strange.. It used to show 4 lines, now it's only showing 1 line: We received your application for a permanent resident card on October 5, 2015.

I also received my ATIP and my file is also assigned to RC-9514.. What is the due date on your ATIP? Mine shows 2017/02/13 17:00:00 so it seems to be around a year after they started looking at my application. It is mind boggling to think that your file has not been touched since Nov 2015...
