thanks Smak, I am leaving saudi in 10 days for ever and I am getting the PCC for me and my wife as it is said that its difficult to get PCC from saudi arabia if you have left saudi. So in that case I can use this PCC for applying my PR right??

No pcc is not necessary for TWP. I am personally getting it so that I can apply for PR after reaching Canada.
