hi jurjen, let us know if they will give you permanent SIN. becuase they also said that in our letter but after landing, they said they can't give permanent SIN and have to wait for PR card. I am also holing temporary SIN starts with 9.. i landed sept 23

Please let me know if anyone who landed September 23, 2011 and onwards and able to get their permanent SIN just after landing. I called CIC, and they said if the SErvice Canada system is not down anymore then they can issue Permanent SIn even without the PR card yet. So maybe there's hope that...
