. Hello, there is nothing to be afraid of because there is still hope until apps are returned. Besides if NOC 1123 is already capped that means the news would have been all over. I'm Dec 23rd applicant, Just be positive.... :P

Hello Guys, Any news on NOC 1123?

Please can somebody help me out here, what is the work of the Immigration lawyers and consultants? Do they have any influence over ones application? Do they have assess to CIC? If No, then why do they collect huge money only for them to get the application returned.... I feel sad for the guy...
