I think its the same as your ECA report number. I've already sent a letter to OINP with a confirmation from WES that my ordrer was complete. Now waiting for a respond

After 2 days of ordering duplicate ECA got 7$ refund. Still waiting for confirmation from OINP.

It NEVER comes when you expect it! :o I though they won't issue any AOR untill the end of this week or even later. However, I have just updated my mail on iphone by mistake and guess what? I've GOT my AOR ;D ;D
