what country and bank name and reason of payment decline. Also i have read it on the forum itself that CIC tries 3 times on your Credit card before sending your application and user should get a message or email from bank when some vendor tries to charge their card.

he is living in CANADA right now and his physical address is canadian so it does not take more than 4-5 days to reeive the parcel sent through canada mail

CIC keeps the originals, with your return file you have the UCI number .. mention that and they align your originals with your new file. CIC is aware of this situation and they have already mentioned that in the document checklist.

called CITIBANK again and they confirmed this information, so i am fine ... but when will CIC charge me that is the only question left ... lol

any idea about CITIBANK ? i called them earlier they said my limit is around 1.5lacs (INR) and so i can simply divide that by CAD and whatever amount comes that will be it.
