I checked and YES, it was the PER email

CC charged: 12.12.2014
NOC: 0121
PER: a few minutes ago 08.01.2014

just spoke to a friend on the phone couple of minutes before his applications is returned due to credit card issue payment was blocked September applicant

what country and bank name and reason of payment decline.

Also i have read it on the forum itself that CIC tries 3 times on your Credit card before sending your application and user should get a message or email from bank when some vendor tries to charge their card.

Needed help regarding the deduction of the Money, as the Application was received in Nova Scotia, Sydney on 5th Sep 2014.

The Money has not yet been deducted from CC.

Please can you help in letting me know the time estimate for the same.

Was money deducted from your CC/DD, as even my application reached 5th Sep, 2014 same NOC 2171 category.

But my CC is not yet charged.
