So I paid the RPRF online using my brother's credit card. The pdf receipt I got says that it's paid and it has a bar code, but the box thing below only has the name of my brother. Client bday, ID, Address, Postal Code, and Telephone are blank. Am I supposed to fill this up before sending it to them?

Wow, the weirdest thing just happened. After I posted this, I literally got my PER email! I did not expect them to email on a weekend! :) :)

Where will the PER email be coming from? I applied Aug 15, CC charged Nov 17 and I'm still waiting for PER. :(
