@Vats: what do you think about my situation: I sent my application by courier since 26th June, due to weekend and Canada holiday on 1st July, my application may not be received before 3rd. Can I still make the 300 cap for 2131?

Hi all, I believe we still have time. A consultant told me that CIC has been rejecting incomplete applications. You can search for completed applications received on the CIC website. CIC has received only 4 complete applications under 2131 and 65 in all as at today 28/6/2013 I cannot post...
