FFFF; I am facing the same situation "They responded to my previous two inquiry emails punctually within 10 days maximum. The last email I sent was almost two weeks back No response till now ".! AND please also confirme whether this time when you submit case specific enquiry form...

You have to get Police Certificate from all three district, if you have spent a period of at least six months in each of these district. I had to do the same when asked by CHC.

It seems that Provincial Nominee Cases that have been transferred to London during June 2010, will start getting response (Medicals+RPR) during the month of Feb 2011, and may be decided up till June-July 2011 (If every thing goes normal) .

I am suffering the same: AINP Family Stream Nomination: Complete application submitted during May 2009 at CHC Islamabad, Case transfer to CHC London on 30th June 2010., Still no response except that : CHC London confirmed that they have received my application which is awaiting for review...

I have not seen or found any such guide, that sets IELTS score "6" standard for Provincial nominee case. It is a self assumption.

I thought the same as you are thinking now. I did not received any Medical instruction so far and as i said earliar that when CHC Islamabad asked for additional documents (after submiting full application) I had to send all my Original documents in the month of Feb 2010. Now you can assume...

Sunshy! I have done the same, I had to send all my original Documents (encluding: My Degrees/Professional qualification certificate almost my complete educational record) as desired by CHC Islamabad, during the month of FEB 2010. I am also worried...

Basically IELTS were the requirement of AINP (Family Stream) when we applied for provincial Nimination, (As I remember, their required band score was 4.5 or 4) . In later stage CHC Islamabd also asked for the original educational documents, which we sent along with original IELTS Score Sheet...

It is right that English language profficiency documents are not including in the list of documents required for Provincial Nominee Applicant, but they may ask in some in later stage of processing, atleast in my case they have asked.
