I agree with you, I changed 3 times in ECAS, but still showing same old address. I called call center and was able to verify my new address in the system and same I see in the RPRF request email. As per call center agent, due to technical problem ECAS sometimes does not show updated address.

No, once you print the receipt , enter all your details like , DOB, UCI, address, phone# in the fields provided on receipt and scan and send to CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca, mention all your detail in email too. ( RPRF request email also says the same instructions)

Received RPRF request :) :) what a co-incident , I paid RPRF upfront at 11:34 AM and was checking my email for receipt and found that I received RPRF request 1 minute before I paid upfront.

I sent after application and confirmed over phone that they received it. Better to send if you have it otherwise it will get expired by the time you get request from CIC.

Correct, It all depends on the agent. I called and got some info that Eligibility in progress, Criminality not yet started, Medical passed. It means getting MR is not guarantee that all is OK or they do not have updated info.

Ecas status updated with "Medical results have been received". How many days it wil take to reflect address after updating through online ecas tool. I have updated mine 3 weeks before, still showing old one. Any idea ?
