I am 14/July-2014 applicant and received AOR in Sep-2014, NOC:2171. I am awaiting for Medicals request and below is my GCMS Notes. Can someone help me understand this GCMS Notes. I have done my upfront medicals on April 9 /2015 and sent details to CIC, Second line about medicals is not updated yet in application status. Below is my GCMS Notes
