Palm oil is liquid, and u cannot carry any liquid on board that's why. Plam oil is sold here. However some Ppl say if u can tie d palm oil in a good nylon and freeze it and put it in ur luggage( not hand luggage) then it will go thru. I didn't carry cos I had too much load to deal with, but I...

U can carry food stuff of all kinds e.g egwusi, ogbono,dry fish,dry peper ect. But no meat or chicken products and no palm oil
