quick question....u don't need to include photos of your parents right now with the application do you? I don't see anywhere online at the cic website that you have to include photos?

They can see all applications pending, in process and completed. their system only does not pull FOSS when they check you using your client ID but more....however it does not mean they will give you trouble based on your application is in process.....

I didn't believe her at that time lol.....today when I called again it sounded more real and to the point.....I don't know but as long I get my oath within a year I am happy :)

received line disappear long ago...she took sometime to access my file and gave me specific local office location and date when it was transferred.....

ok...should I jump for joy now? just called cic for an update on our file....the agent told me that file is with local office....security check is completed and waiting for exam schedule.....maybe wrong information? what do u think? so fast? just to let u guys know that I have 1 year cushion in...

received the AOR and book....dated nov 11, 2013. took 1.5 months in postal mail transit? hmmm....what next? RQ or test date? :)

your situation will definitely raise a red flag with further delay and processing....possibly decline....I know a person who got declined due to a crime (small crime) which he committed 10 years ago. one suggestion for you.....hire a lawyer and ask for course of actions.

yes mine is received and in process....wife's only in process....reason behind it is received means fees paid...in process is actual processing status of the file.

looks like multiple officers get multiple applications randomly which they are responsible for entry in the database....some ppl are lucky to see e-cas early some are not.

not to discourage you....but u can be sure that they will verify your documents which you will get from cbsa....they simply do not believe the documents u submit....or else there wouldn't be anything called background and security check. my opinion is let them do their checks as part of the...

and why did u do that? nothing personal but its actually surprise me when I see people send one of the most important documents of their life without tracking....its always better to be safe than sorry. if for some unknown reason they cant find your apps....atleast u have something refer back to...
