    Yes that is correct. I had encounter one gentlemen in the police office during my fingerprint schedule. He paid in Canadian currency by bank draft so his application can't be process.

    Hi! COC is valid only for 1 year from the date of issue. You need to obtain again an updated COC You can apply Online now it's pretty much easier than last time that is walk-in. Just a gentle advice make sure you pay in Singapore currency
