I believe typically Canadians make contact with their local MP for help. They can be searched up online.

Already did that.

I am at the point where I am thinking of emailing them once a week until they process my application. It’s almost 14 months, interview completed and nothing. This is beyond ridiculous. They add a whole new meaning to waiting!!!

January 20th is 13 months for me and no update either.

Happy New Year to everyone! I am declaring that this will be our last New Years celebration without our loved ones in Jesus Name! That’s for those of us who are still waiting lol

I ordered in August and didn’t get them until about 60 or so days later.

You may not have to do an interview at all but if you do, I believe they try to schedule you as close to your home country as possible. This may require travel for some but not all. My husband was convoked to an interview by the Mexico office and the interview took place in his country.

The new regulations that outline what passengers are entitled to when an airline makes mistakes (ie. missed connections) that negatively impact the passengers. The new regulations came out a couple weeks or so ago.
