Received an email today indicating that my application status had been updated. This is what you guys will see when you cross the finish line... I had to share it with my friends... (and I do apologize if it seems a little bit insensitive since some of you are still waiting for your PPR's).

Aaah!! ok I thought it was a new status on CIC that tracked your return envelop! Yup thanks.. i check Fedex everyday and it's still pending.. like i said, early/mid next week will make sense!

Congratssss!!!! What is your country of residence? So far we're only seeing FSW's from India today.

Where is that return tracker? Is that something with Canada's post? A link on myCIC? please advise

Looks like it! :).. today is my 6th business day since they received the FedEx envelop. Let's see how long it'll take to issue COPR and FedEx it out... realistically i'd say early/mid next week, but i'm secretly hoping it will be mailed out tomorrow if i'm really lucky!

Just noticed on myCIC homepage that my application went from "open" to "approved".. feels good :) No emails or other notifications though.. Per FedEX CPC got our passport copies (visa exempt) on Dec 29th Hoping they will send out COPR's early next week. Good luck everyone!

Really? I didn't know that the timeline differed if you send passport copy vs actual passport. I'm a US citizen so I sent copies of our passports, and if your timeline is correct i should be getting a response tomorrow or after. Ottawa received the passport copies on December 29th, so today is...

I'm here. Ottawa received my passport on Dec29 so I'm hoping to get status approved by next Thursday! :)

Hi guys Would someone kindly answer my somewhat silly question. How do you see the tracker being activated? Do you get a message on myCIC or does it only appear on ECAS? The reason i ask is because most (if not all) Express Entry applicants don't have ECAS access including myself. Thanks
