Anyone know the process to get a police check in Jamaica, the cost, and how long it takes to get one?

Was suppose to receive an email on March 30 to request for schedule A form, pcc. None so far and I link application. This is frustrating when it could have been submitted with the whole package. Doesn't make sense the change. How would I upload the Form?
