I want some leads for digital fingerprints to be taken from Mumbai. I have already sent an ink based fingerprints and don't want to risk it. Also, it takes more than 3 months for the fingerprints to be processed. are there any ways to expedite these?

Yes they did police verification on the address mentioned on the passport (Permanent address) however, now I stay at a different address (rented apartment). So, for PCC I will be mentioning the place where I have rented and my permanent address same as the one in passport.
