You can apply for a masters program and ask for scholarship which will be granted bcos you're a permanent resident. .. then while in the program u can prepare and write the exams ... its easier to get a job if u have any form of training in Canada.

yes ooooo last draw was 484... very soon it will come down to 400 sef or even 350! I wonder if they would drop fsw2014 applications and start processing these new ones or maybe they won't send to any visa office. . As in they would process eceverything at cic level There's God oooooo lol ;D
