You will also need to take work permits (All of them) and they'll shred those. They usually do not create as much as a fuss about not having expired permits, but if you do not have your current permit, that could mean a long 3-5 hours wait there while they verify everything.

When you say you included a pre-paid expedited USA shipping label, I am assuming it is not via Canada Post Xpresspost. From what I understood reading the passport request email sent by CPP Ottawa, they will only use the return shipping envelope if it is Xpresspost. If you sent pre-paid labels...
