Don't u worry brother one of my friend even landed in Canada got PR card still his ecas was showing In Process.
Same is my case I have done with medicals also but system just showing application received.
I think they give lesser priority to update the system.

If the passport has been returned, why don't you open the passport and see if it has a Visa on it??
