Hello, No. She has never left India. She has always resides in Lucknow. I will create a new thread and see if anyone can answer. I will try contacting CIC as well and see if they can elaborate on this. It is longer wait time from London (max. 28 months) than New Delhi (max. 17 months). Thanks
