When will CIC start working on our files. After getting the updated documents there is no response from them, this is really frustrating. before they used to give updates within 3 to 5 days. but now; this is unbearable. whom should we complain to. :(

yes it is frustrating, its going to be one and half month after submitting the updated documents; no response to web forms. Don't know what to tell to the employer. it is really hard to find an employer from other country and this immigration people are taking so much time to respond. some one...

It was the previous minister of Liberal's who announced this pilot program and so many good immigration programs.

I am 2019 applicant too. I got my AOR in Jan 2020, didn't get request of biometric yet. Are you inside or outside applicant?
