You have to send notorized photo copy of all documennts where originals are not asked. xerox wil not do.

Later i learnt that my spouse IELTS is academic one and same shall not be accepted , hence need to get general IELTS for her. I applied for that .Latest available date of exam is 6.09.14 . hence hv to wait for that too.

I also sent self declation for job duties,Im also expection my file back as there is no intimation from CIO til date. I would like to know that if i change my NOC this time would they ask me the clarification for that? Secondly, As im changing NOC ,i will try to get certificate of duties...

Just for information ... We received our passport with address and name change with in a week time (week time including saturday sunday) in mumbai in January.

Hi .. My application reached canada 0n 15.04.14 and did not get any email from them til date. I checked with bank, My DD is not yet encashed . Would you like to comment on my status and how much time it take to receive teh returned application ? Thanks

PF fund can be withdrawn once i resign from my present job... No need to wait for retirement. ...

I have shown POF as my PF balance. This option was advised by my consultant. Hope it does not create problem for me.

Please refer the NOC descriptions given by Canadian govt. If non of them is matching your profile , you can choose the most relevant one. Pl remember one thing. You have to get the experience certificate from your employer mentioning your job profile/ responsibilities on it. responsibilities...
